- Account holders using FrēskāPro
- Authorized users associated with a salon or spa account
- Personal data processed by FrēskāPro as part of providing the Services
Client/customer data entered into FrēskāPro is managed by the business account holder, who acts as the data controller.
2. Types of Data Eligible for Deletion
You may request deletion of:
- Account information (name, email, phone number)
- Business profile data
- Staff user profiles
- Client records (subject to business authorization)
- Usage data associated with your account
3. Data Not Immediately Deletable
Certain data may be retained temporarily or permanently due to:
- Legal, tax, or accounting requirements
- Regulatory compliance obligations
- Fraud prevention or security investigations
- Backup and disaster recovery systems (deleted during routine overwrite cycles)
Such data will be securely stored and access-restricted.
